The practice administers oral conscious sedation, anxiolysis, nitrous oxide, and I.V. sedation. What are the steps involved in achieving a smile makeover?

Depending on your expectations, Dr. Hayslip will design a treatment plan exclusively for you. During your initial visit, Dr. Hayslip consults with you about your goals. Treatments might include Zoom! Does Dr. Hayslip accept insurance?

Yes. We are a provider for United Concordia and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept all HMO and PPO plans and will file out-of-network claims to companies for which we are not providers. If you have questions about your dental insurance, give us a call.
